Here at A Marie Hair Wellness, all hair products are made from natural ingredients. Therefore the hair products can only be exchanged and no refund will be given. When returning items, please return with the original shipping label. All exchanges are valid up to 14 days of purchase. Because our products are natural, please do a test on skin first inside your elbow and wait 24 hours to insured there is no irritation.
